It is a high-altitude daily drink made for warmth and energy.
From Tibet and other Himalayan regions like Nepal, and Bhutan.
Butter tea is harder to make than it may sound, it must be boiled strong then butter and salt are blended in. It can easily turn greasy or watery with the wrong ratio, and if it isn’t churned well, the butter separates.
Good butter tea should be smooth, creamy and warming –
Like a good slow 70s Romance that conquers the odds.
You and me against the world,現在沒有多少人願意去做了。
Art Institute.
I walked into the impressionist collection section without any hesitation,
looking for Monet and Sisley, and for the first time,
有人在家中日復一日守候,等戰爭中的丈夫歸來;
Modern people, instead, seem more ready to give up.
Life is no longer as hard,
yet without noticing, we’ve lost many things —
patience, depth, and the heart willing to burn for something over time.
流傳下來的浪漫 can still be seen everywhere —
in words, in films, in art, in all sorts of forms.
I have the ability to recognize and appreciate these traces of romance.
Without these romances passed down through time,
the world would be a very different place.
