particularly known for boosting dopamine
It’s the kind of light that quickens the heart and draws the gaze—
it is vivid, immediate, and easy to feel.
However, it isn’t something that “lasts”
On the other hand,
(Tender attachment and oxytocin)
It offer something quieter: a sense of safety, of knowing where one stands.
Which is actually, the things that really matters.
Cause it’s less dramatic.
Before sunrise, Before sunset and Before midnight
The flicker, the pull, the emotional electricity.
Not as intensity, but as endurance; not as chemistry, but as a choice.
It is important not to mistake the former for the latter.
Still, there are periods in life
when a certain amount of stimulation is needed simply to keep moving.
…and whether you choose to let it make any decisions for you.
